Eggbeater kick

Sculling

This technique involves the movement of your arms. For sculling, you need to move your arms horizontally in a back and forth direction. Now turn your palms in the same direction as your arms.

Always keep your back straight and don’t lean forward or backward to avoid any injury. The beginner can start practicing in shallow water by keeping your head above the surface. Start the sculling action with your arms enough to lift your knees off the bottom area.
